Refunds and Cancellations

Last updated: October 18, 2026.

General rule

Custom services (development, SEO, creative work, outreach, integrations and AI agents) require distinguishing unstarted work, completed work, reserved resources and nonrecoverable costs. Nothing on this website removes a mandatory statutory right to cancellation, refund or withdrawal. Specific accepted proposal terms control where lawful.

Before work begins

A written cancellation before work begins results in refund of prepaid amounts attributable to unperformed services, less only actual documented, lawfully chargeable and agreed costs. Mandatory refund rights remain intact.

After work begins

If a client terminates an active project, charges may reflect work actually completed, deliverables supplied and nonrecoverable commitments to the extent lawful and agreed. Unearned prepaid balances are refunded where required. Deliverables and access are handled under contractual rights and duties.

Subscriptions and recurring services

Cancellation effective dates, notice, renewal and termination procedures are specified in the accepted offer. No automatic renewal or penalty overrides local requirements. Services already provided may remain payable; fees for future unprovided periods are handled under contract and law.

Victovis's failure to perform

If Victovis materially fails to perform and does not cure within the applicable period, clients retain statutory remedies, including termination and refunds where provided by law.

Third-party services and fees

Advertising spend, licenses, domains, call minutes and other direct third-party charges follow supplier terms. Victovis must distinguish its own charges from genuinely nonrecoverable third-party costs without curtailing statutory rights.
